RING SIZE GUIDE

At Sitiall we offer two types of rings: fixed size and adjustable.

Most of our models are available in sizes ranging from 8 to 20, although some designs may have options up to size 24. Keep in mind that thicker rings tend to feel a bit tighter than thinner ones.

Adjustable rings

If you prefer more versatility, we also offer adjustable rings, ideal if you like to wear the same ring on different fingers. These models adapt to various sizes, and you can see which sizes they cover in each product description.

At Sitiall, each piece of jewelry is carefully crafted with high-quality materials.

To preserve the shine and beauty of your jewelry over time, we recommend following these simple care tips:

• Avoid contact between the pieces and aggressive liquids: alcohol, cream, perfumes, chlorinated water, etc.
• Store each piece separately. Contact between them can scratch them.
• Try not to leave the pieces exposed to the sun for too long.
• In the case of sterling silver, you can soak it in water with mild soap (just a few minutes) to remove the tarnish. Then, dry it carefully.
• Remember to take them off before showering. (If you forget one day it's not a big deal, but continued use of the pieces underwater will cause the gold plating to wear off).
• Occasionally, rub the parts with a dry cloth to remove dirt.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed individually and carefully prepared in our Sitiall warehouses within 24 hours of receipt. Delivery time, once prepared, depends on the chosen shipping method. For mainland Spain, it can be 24 hours (express shipping) or 2 to 5 business days with Correos (standard shipping). For international shipments, it takes 3 to 20 business days for standard shipping or 48/72 hours for express shipping, depending on the destination.

RETURNS

15 days from the delivery date.

To process any online exchange or return, you must log in to your customer account and request the exchange. Items that do not display the return option are those that cannot be exchanged or returned (earrings and similar items & sale items).
