How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Sitiall is committed to ensuring you receive your jewelry as quickly as possible, so your order will be prepared and shipped within 24 hours.
However, shipping may vary depending on the date of purchase, such as Christmas, Black Friday, etc. It could also vary depending on where you place your order from.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. In these cases, Sitiall is not responsible for these costs.
How can I see where my order is?
Once your order is in the hands of the shipping company, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You should make sure this email doesn't end up in your spam folder.
Do all the products in your catalog have a warranty?
All our products come with a two-year warranty. If you believe your product doesn't meet all of Sitiall's promises, please contact us, explain the situation, and attach some photographs.
If the product is damaged due to causes beyond the company's control (poor care, contact with abrasive products, falls, etc.) we are not responsible for them.
