However, shipping costs may vary depending on the purchase date, such as Christmas, Black Friday, etc. They may also vary depending on your location.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. Sitiall is not responsible for these costs.

How can I see where my order is?

Once your order is in the hands of the shipping company, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please check your spam folder.

Do all the products in your catalog have a warranty?
All our products come with a 2-year warranty. If you believe your product does not meet all of Sitiall's promises, please contact us, explain the situation, and attach some photos.
If the product is damaged due to causes beyond the company's control (poor care, contact with abrasive products, drops, etc.) we are not responsible for them.
