JEWELRY CARE

All of our Sitiall jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver or plated with 18k and 24k gold, which provides additional protection for each piece of jewelry.
However, good care and use will ensure that its shine and details last for many years.

How should you store jewelry?
It is advisable to keep them in a dry, safe place, separate from other jewelry to avoid bumps and rubbing against each other.
Each Sitiall jewelry piece comes with a cloth bag, so each piece can be stored individually and with the care it deserves.

What should I avoid?
Avoid bathing your jewelry in salt water, chemicals, perfumes, deodorants, disinfectant gels, or any corrosive liquids. Avoid wearing your jewelry while swimming, whether at the beach or in the pool; both salt and chlorine can be corrosive and will tarnish the jewelry.
Avoid impacts against hard or grainy surfaces. Always store your jewelry in a dark place; leaving it in the sun for long periods of time can damage the color.

How do I take care of my jewelry?
It is advisable to clean the jewelry with a dry cloth every time you use it and before storing it for the next adventure.
Wipe with a microfiber cloth to remove any cream residue or dirt that may have been trapped during use.
If for any reason it gets wet with salt water, rinse with fresh water and soap and dry thoroughly with the cloth before storing.

Can I get better gold plated jewelry?
All of our pieces are plated with a layer of gold to protect them from water and other elements, but this always prevents them from coming into contact with water, perfumes, or chemicals, which will prolong the life and shine of each piece.
