How should you store your jewelry?
It is advisable to keep them in a dry and safe place, separate from other jewelry to avoid bumps and rubbing against each other.
Each Sitiall jewel includes a fabric bag, so that each piece can be stored individually and with the care it deserves.

What should I avoid?
Avoid immersing your jewelry in salt water, chemicals, perfumes, deodorants, disinfectant gels, or any corrosive liquids. Do not wear your jewelry while bathing, whether at the beach or in a pool, as both salt and chlorine can be corrosive and will tarnish it.
Avoid impacts against hard or grainy surfaces. Always store your jewelry in a dark place; leaving it in the sun for extended periods can damage the color.

How to care for my jewelry?
It is advisable to clean the jewelry with a dry cloth each time you use it and before storing it for the next adventure.
Clean with a microfiber cloth to remove any cream residue or dirt that may have been trapped during use.
If for any reason it gets wet with salt water, rinse with fresh water and soap and dry well with the cloth before storing.

Can I improve gold-plated jewelry?
All our pieces are coated with a layer of gold to protect them from water and other elements, but this always prevents and avoids contact with water, perfumes or chemicals, which will prolong the life and shine of each piece.
