Exchanges and Returns
Deadline for returning or exchanging products
You can request a refund or exchange up to 15 calendar daysfrom the date of purchase.
Returns
Please ensure you return the item within the specified timeframe. The item must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
-If the product shows signs of use, the return will not be accepted.
-Return shipping is at the customer's expense and it is their responsibility to ensure that the product arrives undamaged.
- Only the price of the productwill be refunded; shipping costs are non-refundable.
-After 15 calendar days, it is no longer possible to process returns.
-If you want to return an entire order whose import value exceeds €60, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Sitilamentereserves the right to withhold the refund until the product has been received. The company is not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping.
Ifyou receive a promotional item or giftwith your purchase and wish to return it, you must also return that item. If you do not return it, its value will be deducted from your refund.
Changes
You canexchange a product for another of equal or greater value. If you choose a lower-priced item, you will receive a voucher with no expiration datefor the original import fee.
-The exchange process takes a maximum of 4 business daysfrom when Sitiall receives the package, plus an additional 24–72 hour shipping time.
-If you exchange it for a more expensive item, you will have to pay the difference.
-Initial shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, who also assumes responsibility for transportation.
-Situamente is charged for the return shipment, which will be made by express shipment (24–72 business hours).
Important exception:
Earrings cannot be exchanged or returnedfor hygiene reasons. We recommend carefully checking the ring size before making your purchase.
Defective or damaged items
- Defective item:If the product has a defect, please contact our customer service team by email: info@sitiall.com
- Damage due to external causes:Although all products have a warranty, exchanges are not accepted if the damage arises from misuse, scratches, loss, theft or exposure to abrasive products.
Items purchased on promotion.
-If you return items purchased on promotion, you must also return any free products you received. You can keep them, but you will not receive a refund.
