RING SIZE GUIDE

At Sitiall we offer two types of rings: fixed size and adjustable.

Most of our designs are available in sizes 8 to 20, although some designs also offer options up to a size 24. Keep in mind that thicker rings tend to feel a little tighter than thinner ones.

Adjustable rings

If you prefer more versatility, we also have adjustable rings, ideal if you like to wear the same ring on different fingers. These models fit various sizes, and you can see the sizes they cover in each product description.

At Sitiall, each piece of jewelry is carefully crafted with high-quality materials.

To preserve the shine and beauty of your jewelry over time, we recommend following these simple care instructions:

• Avoid contact with aggressive liquids such as alcohol, cream, perfumes, chlorinated water, etc.
• Store each piece separately. Contact with one another can scratch them.
• Try not to leave the pieces exposed to the sun for long periods of time.
• For sterling silver, you can soak it in water and mild soap (just a few minutes) to remove the oxidized layer. Then, dry it carefully.
• Remember to take them off before showering. (If you forget one day, it's fine, but continued use of the pieces underwater will cause the gold plating to fade.)
• Occasionally, rub the pieces with a dry cloth to remove dirt.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed individually and carefully prepared in our Sitiall warehouses within 24 hours of receiving the order. Delivery time once prepared depends on the shipping method chosen. For mainland Spain, it can take 24 hours (express shipping) or 2 to 5 business days with Correos (standard shipping). For international shipments, it takes 3 to 20 business days for standard shipping or 48/72 hours for express shipping, depending on the destination.

RETURNS

15 days from the date of delivery.

To proceed with any online exchange/return, you must log in to your customer account and request the exchange. Items that do not display the return option are not eligible for exchange/return (earrings and similar items, as well as sale items).
